Cooling infrastructure is where data center uptime is won or lost. Precision cooling units that aren’t commissioned correctly. Chilled water systems with air in the lines. CRAC units positioned for airflow that fights the room design. These problems don’t always show up immediately — they show up when utilization increases or ambient temperatures rise.
We install and commission cooling and technical systems for environments where continuous operation isn’t optional.
Automation and electrical installation for cooling infrastructure — CRAC/CRAH units, chilled water systems, adiabatic cooling, free cooling systems, and associated pumping and distribution equipment. Plus broader technical systems: UPS and generator monitoring, power quality measurement, environmental monitoring systems, and building management integration.
We handle the electrical connections, the control wiring, the automation integration, and the commissioning. The mechanical installation (refrigerant work, chilled water piping) is typically done by licensed mechanical contractors — we coordinate and integrate with them.
– Precision cooling: Schneider Electric, Vertiv (Liebert), Stulz, Airedale
– Chilled water: standard commercial HVAC and purpose-built data center systems
– Adiabatic and free cooling systems
– Environmental monitoring: Schneider EcoStruxure, Vertiv Avocent, generic SNMP-based systems
– DCIM integration
