We're Still Small

We’re Building Something Different. And We Need Someone Who Gets It.

We’re a new data center installation company with an experienced team. Founded in 2025 by industry veterans who left corporate bureaucracy to build facilities the right way. Fast decisions. Quality work. Honest communication. No layers of approval. No politics.

We have projects. We need someone to find more and deliver them.

DC Technician

Join a Fast-Moving Data Center Team

We’re looking for people with the right attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to travel across the Nordics, Europe, and occasionally the US. No formal training required, but electrical or IT background is a plus. You don’t need to be a data center expert—the right attitude is enough. We’ll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

  • Install equipment in data centers – We’ll show you everything on-site
  • Receive and deploy racks and hardware – Moving equipment into position
  • Run cables and make connections – Between cabinets and across data halls
  • Work as a team – Everything gets done together
  • Travel to different countries – Usually short but intensive projects

Who This Fits

  • Someone who learns by doing
  • Comfortable working in a team and getting things done as agreed
  • Wants to see the world through work – travel is a big part of this job
  • Likes straightforward work without unnecessary bureaucracy

What We Offer

  1. Clear instructions and hands-on training
  2. A solid team that helps and guides you
  3. Opportunity to develop fast
  4. Lots of travel – if you want to stay home, this job probably isn’t for you

DC Project Manager

Sell It. Build It. Own It.

This isn’t a pure PM role. And it’s not pure sales either. It’s both. You’ll own the entire project lifecycle from finding the work to delivering it. No hand-holding. No approval committees. Just you, the team, and the outcome.

What You'll Do

  • Network and generate leads through direct outreach
  • Qualify opportunities and assess project fit
  • Develop proposals and close contracts
  • Build relationships with facility managers and data center operators
  • Represent the company at industry events

Who This Fits

  • You move fast – waiting for perfect information isn’t your style
  • You’re a problem solver – when things go sideways, you fix them
  • You’re honest – you don’t overpromise to close deals
  • You’re self-motivated – no one tells you what to do every day
  • You want ownership – early employee at a growing company appeals to you

What We Offer

  1. Clear instructions and hands-on training
  2. A solid team that helps and guides you
  3. Opportunity to develop fast
  4. Lots of travel – if you want to stay home, this job probably isn’t for you

Executive Assistant

Founders are on-site delivering installations. You handle everything else—finances, operations, clients, systems. You’re the operational backbone that keeps the business running.

What You'll Do

  • Manage finances, bookkeeping, invoices, and vendor relationships
  • Prepare proposals, project documentation, and client communication
  • Handle HR tasks: hiring, onboarding, benefits administration
  • Coordinate logistics, travel, and maintain CRM/project systems
  • Build operational systems and solve whatever needs solving

Who This Fits

  • 3+ years as EA or operations manager in startup/small company
  • Strong with numbers, bookkeeping, and financial tracking
  • Proactive problem solver who makes independent decisions
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and “figure it out” situations

What We Offer

  1. Clear instructions and hands-on training
  2. A solid team that helps and guides you
  3. Opportunity to develop fast
  4. Lots of travel – if you want to stay home, this job probably isn’t for you
